Yes. All tenants per your lease are required to give a 30-day notice before vacating. Even if you are doing a month-to-month occupancy or your lease is expiring you are still required to submit a 30-day notice. This can be done via your tenant portal.
No, we do not accept section 8 Vouchers or equivalent.
We have 10 Breeds on the list and would need Owner approval prior to any of these animals:
- Alaskan Malamute
- Chow Chow
- Dalmatian
- Doberman Pinscher
- German Shepherd
- Great Dane
- Pit Bull Terrier (this includes Bully and Pocket Bully)
- Rottweiler
- Siberian and Alaskan Husky
- Wolf Hybrid
