Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. All tenants per your lease are required to give a 30 day notice before vacating the property. Even if you are doing a month to month occupancy or your lease is expiring you are still required to submit a 30 day notice. This can be done via your tenant portal.
No, we do not accept section 8 Vouchers or equivalent.
